($400 each when 6 are booked at a time at one gym)
FITNESS EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY – OPTION A – No cost to the event host/owner
I will market photography packages to the athletes competing at your event. These range from $25-$35 for individuals and slightly less expensive multiples of this for teams.
I guarantee 5 great photos per athlete. I almost always deliver many more than this.
I will ONLY photograph the athletes that opt into this package thru their purchase.
You give me admin access to your FB page and event registration email list so that I can advertise my services to your event community.
You give me booth space if you have vendors at your event. At the very least I’ll be allowed to have my own staff person set up near registration to upsell additional photography packages and maybe sell apparel.
You guarantee that I’m the only still photographer with access to the competition floor.
You get all my photos from the event to do whatever you like with. You may post albums to your facebook. You may use them for marketing your gym and future events. You may use them in print materials. I only ask that when you use them in a social media context you give me photo credit.
Photos delivered to the athletes will include an event logo and my logo. These are the photos that will be used for social media purposes, too. You’ll also get the same set of photos with no logos for any print or website needs.
FITNESS EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY – OPTION B – $15 per athlete/day. $1250 min guarantee/day. $2500 cap/day. Multi day events are negotiable.
I will work my hardest for you to get a good spread of great photos at a great volume. I will offer no guarantees to the athletes directly. If, during the course of the day, you want to point me at a particular WOD or team or athlete for my focus, you’re free to do that.
